Cathy Clasper-Torch
Cathy has played and performed on piano, violin, viola, and er-hu (Chinese violin) since childhood. A resident of Rhode Island, she teaches piano and violin, and performs/records with several bands and musicians in the area. With a background in classical violin and jazz piano, Cathy adeptly weaves a love of harmonies and improvisation into the music.

Cathy is in great demand in the Southern New England folk circuit for her easy stage presence, virtuosity, and improvisational skills. Since 2003, Cathy has absorbed much of the Atwater~Donnelly repertoire and is now a staple in Atwater~Donnelly regional concerts, contributing a deeply rich third dimension and mastery, knowing just where to add an exquisite cello line, an exuberant burst of old-time fiddle, and a third and utterly unique voice.

Kevin Doyle

Kevin leads the legacy of traditional Irish dance with steps that echo the rhythms of the past from his mother's homeland in County Roscommon, Ireland, and that resound with the tempos of new choreography for the American stage.

Kevin is a recipient of the 2014 National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) National Heritage Fellowship, the nation's highest honor in the folk and traditional arts.

Kevin has been choreographer and principal dancer for Boston's WGBH Christmas Celtic Sojourn with Brian O'Donovan, and formally joined the ranks of the masters in 2010 when he was identified as a master teacher of his art form by the Southern New England Folk and Traditional Arts Apprenticeship Program.

In an age where Irish dance has become an international art form, Doyle steps onto each stage as the heir of the old style dance masters where the footwork is close to the earth and felt in the deep heart's core.

John & Heidi Cerrigione

An acoustic duo from Ellington, CT, John & Heidi Cerrigione ('ser-a-go-nee) offer a simple brand of old-time acoustic music.

Instrumentation typically includes autoharp, hammered and mountain dulcimer, banjo, guitar, accordion and acoustic bass. Their tunes are drawn from many traditional sources, including fiddle and dance music of early America, the British Isles and Switzerland. Jigs, reels, hornpipes and waltzes all find a place in the lineup.

They have performed and taught workshops at various festivals across the country, including the Augusta Heritage Program, Mt. Laurel Autoharp Gathering, John C. Campbell Folk School and the Nutmeg Dulcimer Festival.

Since 2003 John & Heidi have released four recordings, Wood Stoves and Bread Loaves, Winter's Turning, Joy To the World, and Stay on the Farm.

They also perform as Doofus with Neal & Coleen Walters of Pennsylvania.

Uriah Donnelly

Uriah, the youngest son of musicians Elwood Donnelly and Aubrey Atwater, began playing music at age 11 under the tutelage of his parents. First the guitar, then voice and piano. Uriah earned a B.A in English Literature from Rhode Island College in 2002, and in May 2007 he graduated from Rhode Island College with a Masters degree in Digital Media Production.

As his graduate thesis, he chose to film a documentary on Atwater~Donnelly. The film, "Going Up Home: the passion of Atwater~Donnelly" became quite popular among A~D fans and is aired annually on RI-PBS.

In 2015, Uriah produced a book, along with Jeff Danielian, and illustrated by William Schaff, “The Reel Classroom,” An Introduction To Film Studies and Filmmaking.
